You love SalesForce, Jira, Workday, Tableau, and the other powerful business apps that you rely on day to day to get your job done. We love them, too! But, what we don’t love is missing out on important data in these apps when we are not logged in – that could have a serious impact (for better or for worse) on our KPIs.

We’ve learned from speaking with countless customers and prospects that you can’t (and really shouldn’t) rely on most employees to monitor and interpret data in popular business apps. We solve this by integrating RelayiQ’s hyperautomation-driven Action Delivery Engine (ADE) directly into your favorite business applications.

What is hyperautomation? Gartner’s Vice President of Research, Brian Burke believes “Everything that can and should be automated will be automated,” and “hyperautomation,” a combination of tools including AI/ML, BI, process mining, and automation, will be the way we get there. We agree! And, we think the first thing that “can” and “should” be automated is the detection and delivery of business-critical insights and actions from enterprise data so you don’t have to chase it down and translate it into actions.

RelayiQ now, in minutes, enables the data that is produced from your most important business applications to leverage, using the RelayiQ ADE, powerful metric and business process outlier detection, predictive analytics, and AI/Ml-driven automation natively. The platform dramatically improves the ROI from your existing investments in these systems, platforms and tools by using a combination of automated logic and real time notifications to make them smarter and more proactive than ever before. Now, your favorite apps can let you know when something needs your attention, or the attention of your colleagues, and will tell you what action to take so you do not have to take the time to figure it out yourself.

Why not let data-driven insights and prescribed actions come to you from the tools you are already using? Think about it. Far too often we are all surprised by events that showed up in our data but never made it onto our radar in time to make a positive impact on our business operations. Or worse, your dashboards capture and surface the event, but nobody is actively watching or interpreting them, so no action is taken.

The use cases for automating the delivery of prescriptive actions based on data-driven events are practically unlimited! Imagine automating notifications with prescribed actions to reps for cross-sell or upsell opportunities based on customer behavior data. Or, reducing customer churn by identifying patterns in their usage data and sending a notification to customer care with the needed prescribed actions to retain those customers. Think of all the manufacturing companies that ship 100,000s of products, only to learn 5% of them were lemons that failed in the field based on defects that could have been caught and acted upon using available sub-assembly and component manufacturing test data.

We believe there are several important problems that need to be solved in order for all of the major investments in AI/ML and BI that have been made over the last decade to pay off. First, most people lack the data literacy required to extract insights and actions from raw data and dashboards. Second, most people in the workforce do not have the spare time to continually monitor their business apps waiting for the precise time an outlier occurs, and even if they did catch it they then would have to interpret the event to figure out what action to take. Lastly, although data scientists and analysts can work together to build expensive bespoke systems to address some of these events, most problems still fall through the cracks and go unsolved due to the lack of scalability and high cost of these complex one-off systems. But, what if you had an easy to use turn-key system that:

  • Monitored all of your apps, data, and dashboards for you 24/7
  • Detected outliers and made predictions on historical data trends using AI/ML
  • Used packaged logic to interpret the significance of changes in data and business process, and prescribed in plain simple language the actions to take
  • Delivered those prescriptions in notifications to the exact right people, in the right place within your organization, at the exact right time
  • Kicked off automation sequences using RelayiQ Automation or 3rd party tools, along with timely notifications so people could monitor those processes for quality assurance

Announcing RelayiQ for Tableau as the initial embedded solution

Starting today with Tableau, analysts can quickly pick and choose data sources to pull into their custom RelayiQ app to build dynamic notifications. Leveraging the RelayiQ embedded Tableau plug-in, custom notifications can be scheduled for delivery, right from your Tableau dashboard, at predetermined times or set to trigger based on user-defined data thresholds. Real time images of graphs, charts, and tables from your Tableau dashboards can also easily be embedded into automated notifications that are triggered when the RelayiQ ADE applies advanced logic and analysis to the data that is surfaced in these dashboards. You can even automate the creation and delivery of multi-paged PDF-based reports with dynamic data-driven content. Think about that last one for a minute and imagine the time savings!

If you are interested in moving past simply providing reporting and dashboards to your workforce, towards driving action and business results, in real time, we’d love to talk about hyperautomating your favorite business apps.
